'Barre Class Workout For Arms & Cardio | 30 minutes to TONED ARMS & SHOULDERS This Barre HIIT Workout is a fusion barre class of some of my favourite barre moves taken as a HIIT workout. It is designed to sculpt your ballerina body, focusing on the arms, and at the same time, making you sweat and burn with a real cardio focus. This is a 30 minute workout that you can do at home. The only equipment you will need is a barre or chair to act as a barre and a yoga mat or carpeted area to lay on the floor.
