'Join us for our signature barreSHRED® class with core sliders! This is our intermediate / advanced barre workout. You will strengthen your whole body in this barre class. No special equipment is needed - if you do not have core sliders, you can use wash cloths for hard floors or paper plates for carpet. This class is advanced, so please listen to your body and take breaks! No one does the whole class (well some people do, but I certainly can\'t!).
