We focus on the ability of players to react quickly to the opponent\'s movement, the ability to move quickly according to the opponent\'s movement and the current position within the game (field) space. During the exercise, players must react quickly after events or in a full sprint with maximum intensity, change the direction of the run, to one side or the other. During fitness training, players are motivated by a fun and competitive form of exercise, where one player tries to run away from the other, or the other tries to catch up with the first.  Fitness training is designed for 2, 4 or 6 players.
