[21:01] ********************************************  Video Contents: _____________________________________________ WARM UP STRETCHES  Use this stretching fitness video I made with simple exercises from the FREE \"SWORKIT\" Fitness Stretching App.  We usually use the app but for this video I used screen-casted selected stretches, then edited them to an interval timer in \"Tabata\" format.   In this fitness warm up, there are 8 rounds. Each round has 15 seconds of work, with 5 seconds of rest in between. Copy the \'Sworkit\' characters and focus on your movements and breathing. TABATA is a form of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) used by fitness programs ranging from elementary PE to professional athletes. Each exercise in a given Tabata workout lasts only four minutes, but it\'s likely to be a pretty sweaty four minutes if you\'re doing it right. The structure of the fitness program is as follows:  Work out hard for 20-30 seconds... Rest for 10 seconds... REPEAT. Complete 8 rounds.  You push yourself as hard as you can for 20-30 seconds and rest for 10 seconds. This is one set. You\'ll complete eight sets of each fitness exercise.
