'45 Minute Barre Workout (Low Impact, LIVE Class)'

'This video is a 45 minute barre workout that can be performed at home with a chair and light dumbbells or cans of food. Barre is a low impact workout that combines yoga and ballet style movements. A warm up and cool down are included.
