'How to create positive habits / how to achieve your fitness goals!'

'Enjoy new video from GenFit   You are your habits, whatever you\'re doing on a regular basis will determine your future.   To achieve fitness goals it takes more than one 2 hour session per week. This is not a habit, a habit is something you\'re doing at least 3 - 4 times a week.  Example if you eat a burger once a week that does not make you unhealthy. If you eat 2 burgers in a week that still does not make you unhealthy but if you ate 5 burgers a week for 6 months guess what you have a habit that will make you unhealthy.  If you want to be fitter, stronger and better just do something 3 - 5 times a week ongoing.
