Do give it a shot and let me know how it went :D Workout: 10 Sets of 10 Pull ups 10 Push ups Alternating sets of 20 Squats and 20 Landings 10 Standing Hamstring Extensions into 10 Lying down individual Hamstring Extensions 100 shuffle/jogging on spot/skipping Total Repetitions: Around 40 mins. 100 Pull ups 100 Push ups 100 Squats 100 Landings 100 Standing Hamstring Extensions 100 Lying Down Hamstring extensions 1000 skipping/shuffling/on the spot jogging.
