'• In this drill, I’ve created three 12 x 30 meter fields, with small goals at either side of the field. • I divided the team into three teams of 8 players since on this day I had 24 field players available. • The main idea of the game is to shoot on the small goal from opposite side of the field. • If a player shoots and the ball goes directly in the goal without touching the ground, the team scores 3 points. • If a player shoots and the ball goes in the goal after one bounce, the team scores 2 points. • Any goal scores after more than one bounce or with a ground pass, the team scores one point. • The fact of the matter is, that this game is an activity to motivate the players while they do footwork and plyometric activities. • After shooting on goal, players pass from one side of the field to the other and perform jumps or agility drills on the way. • At five minute intervals I have the teams rotate to a different field to perform the drills associated with that field. • Feel free to be creative and adapt the exercises to your fitness objectives for your team on the day. • Thanks for watching and please subscribe to this channel and please “like” this video if you liked it.
