'Barre Fitness Thigh workout'

'Join ARC Barre Fitness instructor Julia as she guides you through a fun thigh workout to get your legs moving in the comfort of your own home.    Barre fitness is a hybrid workout class taught at the ARC that combines ballet-inspired moves in high reps of small range movements with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and strength training.     Use a chair or counter top in place of a ballet barre.'
