'Full body gym workout post breast augmentation'

'This video gives an example of a gym workout with exercises that avoid working chest and shoulders - perfect for someone recovering from surgery or injury.  Following my breast augmentation surgery, this was my FIRST upper body workout back, 6 weeks post surgery. I felt I wasn\'t ready to work Chest or Shoulders just yet. Listen to your body. (Please feel free to ask any questions)   TURN UP THE VOLUME for Important Technique Tips:   1) Close Grip Pull Down x 15 - 20 reps SUPER LOW WEIGHT  2) Step Ups x 15 - 20 reps per leg SUPER HIGH STEP  3) Seated Row x 15 - 20 reps SUPER LOW WEIGHT  4) Split Squats (or you could do stationary lunges) x 15 - 20 reps per leg  5) Tricep Dumbell Press (15 x 3kg) into Scull Crushers (3kg x 20)  6) Bent over barbell row 10kg x 20 CHECK TECHNIQUE  7) Reverse Tricep Pushdowns x 15 - 20 SUPER LOW WEIGHT   I generally repeat each exercise 3 times through.  Simple and effective!  Technique and posture is most important. Never rush through an exercise and STOP If you feel any pain. Always seek professional advice if you are unsure.
