DRILL #1: Speed & Quickness 6 Exercises 15 Sec each exercise 30 Sec rest in between X2 Sets  DRILL #2: Balance & Control 6 Exercises 10 Reps each exercise and with each leg  15 Sec rest in between  DRILL #3: Passing & Receiving 8 Exercises 10 Reps each exercise 15 Sec rest in between  DRILL #4: Strength Training 4 Push-Up exercises 4 Core exercises 30 Sec rest in between X2 Sets each exercise
