'Indoor Soccer Training - Winter Addition'

'Here are a few training idea for training in the winter.  The only equipment you will needs is:  4 Cone, 1 Ball, a speed training Ladder and a friend.   Drills included:  --------------------------------------------- Control Box drills: Toe Taps - Pull backs  -10 toe taps or pushes  -5 Pull backs with 1 foot  Bells  -5 bells (back and forth between feet)  -1 pull back through legs  Sticky Tape  -roll foot over top of ball - 25 touches per foot  -Head up, try not to look down  Pull back Pushes  -pull back with sole of foot, push forward with foot  -pull back with sole at an angle, push forward around other leg  ------------------------- Chaos Mirror Drill 2 cones - spaced 5 to 10 yard apart (maximum) 2 people -Leader and follower Each set: 10 seconds up to 20 seconds (maximum) 4-sets Lower center of mass as much as you can Leader moves back and forth between cones in chaos making it hard for other player to mirror. Other player tries to match. Switch rolls between sets  -------------------------------------- Ladder Drills 1) quick feet - both feet in each space straight through 2) two feet side to side, in and out 3) Start on side, two feet in, back out, next ladder space 4) Ball in every other ladder rung, touch, touch, out in, ball stays in rung 5) Ball in every other ladder rung, touch, touch, step over, (right foot first from left side) 6) with ball, tap, tap, roll ball to next rung   Video compiled by @seememedia'
