'Share My Year: Fitness Friends needed  Hi guys.  This is a call to arms! If you have been struggling to muster some motivation and effort to get fit and healthy, the time is now. I\'m out of shape, I admit it.  I used to be fitter, slimmer...healthier! It\'s really easy to let these things slip, we all have lives to live.  For me, this changes right now and I want some fitness friends to join me on the journey, together we can inspire, push, shout, whisper - whatever is needed to get us, as a group, into gear.
